Departure Fest NW 2022 will be held on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula in our hometown of Quilcene, at the breathtaking Lake Leland Amphitheater in Quilcene WA!
It's hard to go wrong when you bring local food and craft vendors together with world class live musicians, but to put the cherry on top we are also including a beer garden this year featuring some of the best brews on the peninsula! On the banks of the gorgeous Lake Leland, surrounded by Doug Fir, Maple and Cedar, prepare yourselves for the second annual Departure Fest!

Our stage and vending area is spacious, but there is limited parking and camping at this event space. To reflect this, we have made some changes to our ticketing system, and put together this quick guide to help you to decide which tickets make the most sense for you. Please carpool if you can!
"I want to attend one day of Departure Fest NW, but I don't want to camp."
We will be selling Day Passes ($60 per adult, $25 per child) and Day Parking Passes ($10 per vehicle. Parking fee shall be waived if there are 3 or more adults with Day Passes in the vehicle) at the gate on a first come first served basis, for as long as space remains. Motorcycles park for free.
"I want to attend more than one day of Departure Fest NW, but I live nearby, or I am staying elsewhere and will not be camping on site."
Pick up a "Weekend Pass (Adult)" for each person age 16 or older. Get a "Weekend Pass (Child)" for anyone age 5-15 (children under the age of 5 are free.) We will ask you to park in our day parking space ($10 parking fee shall be waived if there are 3 or more adults with "Weekend Passes" in the vehicle) and you can come and go as you wish throughout the weekend. (Cars cannot be parked in the day parking area overnight).
"My family and I want to stay overnight and camp in the general admission camping area."
Pick up a "Weekend Pass (Adult)" for each person age 16 or older. Get a "Weekend Pass (Child)" for anyone aged 5-15 (children under the age of 5 are free.) You will also need one "Weekend Vehicle Pass" per vehicle to be parked on site overnight, which must be kept on the dashboard.
"My family wants a camp site that gives us extra room and which is closer to amenities."
Pick up a "Weekend Pass (Adult)" for each person age 16 or older. Get a "Weekend Pass (Child)" for anyone aged 5-15 (children under the age of 5 are free.) You will also need a "Premium Weekend Vehicle Pass" (one per vehicle). This will give you access to our premium camping area where you will be close to porta potties and water, and have more room to spread out.
"I am coming with an RV, school-bus, or trailer."
If you are coming with a bus or motorhome of 30 feet or more, or a truck and trailer (or fifth wheel) with a combined length of 40 feet more more, please pick up a "Weekend Pass (Adult)" for each person age 16 or older. Get a "Weekend Pass (Child)" for anyone aged 5-15 (children under the age of 5 are free.) You will also need an "RV Weekend Vehicle Pass." If your bus or motorhome is less than 30 feet, or if your vehicle and trailer combined length is less than 40 feet, you can camp in our general admission camping area and purchase a "Weekend Vehicle Pass."
"I have a disability and would like to camp near the ADA porta potty, and closer to the stage, and/or I have other specific needs."
